Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, andbudgets in collaboration with stake holders and team members.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful project execution.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stake holders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations through testing and quality assurance processes.
- Issue Resolution: Address project issues and conflicts promptly, seeking resolution through effective communication and collaboration with team members and stake holders.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope,timeline, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Project Closure: Ensure proper project closure by obtaining client acceptance, completing final deliverables, conducting post-projectreviews, and documenting lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience with project management tools and software, suchas Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
